1. Can I get a free appraisal with just a photo?

Yes. If you send us a photo showing the entire product, nameplate, quantity, exit, and exterior of the building, we will first confirm how to proceed with collection, purchase, and removal.

2. Can I consult with you just by phone?

It's possible. If you are in a hurry, the quickest way is to check the outline over the phone and add the necessary photos and address area via LINE or the form.

3. Where can I check my LINE ID?

LINE ID is @hg-recycling. You can also open it from the QR code on the page, the add friend button, or the fixed LINE button.

4. Can I contact you through Google Maps?

Check the service area on Google Maps and proceed directly to the telephone, LINE, or free assessment form. The official store information will match the content on the Google Business Profile side.

5. Can you respond on the same day?

If we can find out the photo, address area, quantity, and desired time early, we will aim to provide you with an initial response on the same day or as soon as possible.

6. Does it cover all of Tokyo?

We can provide consultations mainly in the 23 wards of Tokyo, the Tama area, the bay area, and the industrial area. Check the parking conditions and removal time in advance.

7. Does it also support Kanagawa Prefecture?

You can consult from homes, stores, and factories in Kanagawa Prefecture, including Yokohama, Kawasaki, Sagamihara, Keno, Shonan, and the Bay Industrial Area.

8. Can I consult with you at the factory in Saitama Prefecture?

You can consult with us. At warehouses, food factories, and manufacturing sites, we check equipment photos, quantities, exits, and vehicle entry conditions.

9. Is it possible to organize warehouses in Chiba Prefecture?

It's possible. At warehouses and factories in coastal areas and inland areas, heavy items, metal items, and removal schedules are checked separately.

10. Can you also consult in Nagoya, Osaka, Kyoto, and Fukuoka?

The current main areas covered are Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama, and Chiba. Other areas will be confirmed individually depending on project content, quantity, and schedule.

11. Can I sell a complete set of factory equipment?

We can consult with you regarding complete equipment, line units, or single items. Separately check equipment that can be sold, items to be removed, and recovered metal items.

12. Can food machinery be appraised even if it is old?

Even if it is an old food machine, we check the manufacturer, model number, year, operating condition, storage condition, and stainless steel value.

13. Can I consult with you about a complete line of packaging machinery?

We can consult with you if we have pictures and configurations of the entire line, including packaging machines, labelers, sealing machines, weighing machines, conveyors, etc.

14. Can I purchase kitchen equipment?

Check refrigerators, work surfaces, sinks, ovens, dishwashers, and stainless steel equipment in restaurants and food establishments.

15. Can we discuss just scraps?

We also check inquiries regarding only metal items, such as iron, stainless steel, aluminum, copper wire, motors, control panels, etc., based on quantity and area.

16. Can I collect and purchase unwanted items at the same time?

Yes. By separating items that can be purchased, items that can be collected, and items that require prior confirmation, we make it easier to understand costs and work details.

17. Can I consult with you about sorting out the belongings of the deceased?

You can consult with us. We separate items to be left behind, items that can be purchased, and items to be salvaged, and we also accept photo consultations from a distance.

18. Do you also handle arrangements before death?

We are compatible. Check in a reasonable order, such as organizing each room, the whole house, and before the house becomes vacant.

19. Can I organize the leftover items in a vacant house?

It's possible. We will confirm the exterior, interior, amount of remaining items, location, and desired timing, and guide you through the process of cleanup and assessment.

20. Is it possible to clean up the office before moving?

21. How many photos should I send?

We recommend 5 to 10 sheets at first. It is easy to judge if there is an overall view, a close-up view, a name plate, an exit, stairs, elevator, and parking location.

22. Do I need a nameplate photo?

For factory equipment, food machinery, kitchen equipment, and packaging machinery, it is easier to confirm the manufacturer, model number, and year if there is a nameplate photo.

23. Do I need a photo of the loading exit?

This is important if you have heavy items or large furniture. Please send a photo showing the entrance width, stairs, elevator, and vehicle parking location.

24. How much address do I need?

For initial consultation, you can go to the city, ward, town or village. If you wish to proceed with an on-site assessment or schedule adjustment, please confirm the detailed address.

25. Can I consult without the company name?

You can consult with us without a company name regarding the collection of unwanted items or sorting of personal belongings. For corporate projects, if you have the company name, it will be easier to get a quote and contact you.

26. Can I get a quote via email?

If we have the photos, items, quantity, address area, and desired time, we can give you an initial response by email. If you are in a hurry, it is faster to call or use LINE.

27. When are telephone reception hours?

Estimated reception time is 9:00-20:00 / Consultations are accepted all year round. If you are unable to come out due to work, please call back or check on LINE.

28. Can I send videos via LINE?

Yes. A short video that shows the entire equipment, operating status, and removal route is useful for assessments and work decisions.

29. Can I add friends via QR code?

Yes. Please read the LINE QR code on the page or open the official account from the add friend button.

30. How soon will I receive a reply after making an inquiry?

We will review the content and usually reply as soon as possible. If it is urgent, please be sure to send your phone number and desired time.

31. Will I know in advance if there will be any costs?

Yes. After confirming the property through a free assessment, we will inform you of the possibility of incurring costs, the possibility of purchasing the property, and any points that require on-site confirmation.

32. Are there any travel expenses?

Initial consultation and photo confirmation are free. We will inform you of the conditions for on-site support after confirming the area, item, quantity, and delivery conditions.

33. Is the on-site assessment free of charge?

We will guide you to a free on-site assessment depending on the content, area, and quantity. If you are far away or require special work, we will check the conditions in advance.

34. When will I know the purchase price?

We will check the rough estimate using photos and basic information, and then determine the final amount by checking the actual item, operating condition, delivery conditions, and market price.

35. Can I discuss the payment method?

We can consult with you depending on the content of the case. We will confirm purchase, collection, and removal separately, and inform you of payment terms in advance.

36. Are there any items that cannot be collected?

Prior confirmation is required regarding legal handling, hazardous materials, liquids, medical waste, etc. Please send a photo and item name.

37. What happens to home appliances that are eligible for recycling?

We check the legal treatment of refrigerators, washing machines, televisions, air conditioners, etc., and distinguish between items that can be purchased or items that require proper disposal.

38. Can you handle industrial waste?

If there is a possibility that the waste falls under the category of industrial waste, we will confirm the item, location, amount, and necessary permits and partners and provide guidance.

39. What about work that requires permits?

If permission or specialized work is required, we will confirm the availability, partner, and scope of work, and will not give unreasonable guidance.

40. Can you handle documents with personal information?

If personal information or important documents are included, please check the separation and storage methods in advance. The scope of work will be determined during the consultation.

41. How long does it take to work?

It can take a short amount of time for a small amount, but it can take from half a day to several days for an entire house or factory equipment. Please check the photo and quantity for an estimate.

42. Can I consult on weekends and holidays?

You can consult with us. It will be easier to schedule schedules if you send us your desired date, site address, and available work hours early.

43. Can you work at night?

We will check based on building rules, neighborhood environment, safety conditions, and work content. First, please send us your desired time and site conditions.

44. Is it possible without being present?

Judgment will be made based on the details of the case, key handover, on-site inspection, and presence or absence of valuables. We will not perform any work without prior confirmation.

45. Can I consult with owners who are far away?

Yes. We will confirm the photo, location, key status, who can be present, and desired time, and guide you on how to proceed.

46. ​​Can I see construction examples?

You can check the industry, construction time, processing details, and supported services on the construction example page. It can also be used for consultation on similar projects.

47. Where can I write a review on Google?

Click the "Write a review" button on the page to proceed to the Google review page. It would be encouraging if you could post your impressions after completing the work.

48. Can I cancel?

Adjustments can be made before the official schedule is confirmed. We will check depending on the situation if the work is about to start or if it has already been arranged.

49. Can I decline the estimate after receiving it?

Yes. You can make a decision after checking the contents. Rather than forcing a contract, we will move forward after agreeing to the terms.

50. Please tell me the process after making an inquiry.

We will check the photos and basic information, perform additional confirmation by phone or LINE, and proceed with on-site assessment, estimate, and work schedule as necessary.
